“Cathy (Jia) Zhou has been a Senior Loan Officer for 12 years. In her work, she draws from 6 years’ financial experience as an accountant in the investment bank and eight years’ experience in real estate settlement and management at First Washington Title & Escrow. As a Senior Loan Officer at WEI Mortgage Corporation, she oversees the mortgage application process from beginning to end. She is highly skilled in evaluating loan requests and submission and has in depth knowledge of mortgage compliance regulations. Ms. Cathy (Jia) Zhou has demonstrated the ability to handle confidential material. She also has excellent customer service skills.
